Terms and Conditions — Gamdom Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Gamdom ("the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your use of the Gamdom website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables and bingo.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on Gamdom, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you have questions about any section before registering, you should contact support before proceeding.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Gamdom from Pakistan. Where Pakistani law imposes specific requirements or restrictions, those requirements take precedence. It is your responsibility as a player to ensure that your use of the platform is consistent with the laws applicable to you in your location.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Gamdom, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing Gamdom account, whether active or previously suspended.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

Gamdom may request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age or payment method ownership. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a national ID card, passport or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Registration is free and there is no charge for creating an account. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, or used by, any other person.

3Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your Gamdom account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made and all withdrawal requests submitted. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — private and secure at all times.
• Not share access to your account with any other person, including family members.
• Notify Gamdom immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep the contact information linked to your account accurate and up to date.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name.

Gamdom will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to maintain the security of their login details. Where there is clear evidence of unauthorised third-party access that was promptly reported, the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Players operating more than one account — even with different personal details — are in breach of these Terms. All accounts beyond the first will be closed and any balance within them may be forfeited. This applies regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Gamdom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards

Deposits are typically credited to your Gamdom balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally reflect fastest. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be approved. Gamdom reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Gamdom does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa terms for any applicable limits or fees on their end.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Deposit section of the platform. These limits may change from time to time, and the current limits shown in the app or website at the time of your transaction apply.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on Gamdom are final once confirmed. Gamdom does not accept requests to cancel, modify or reverse bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in specific circumstances described below.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If odds change between you selecting them and confirming the bet, you will be shown the updated odds before confirmation.
• Live betting odds update in real time. Bets placed during live events are subject to the odds accepted at the exact moment of placement, not the odds shown while you were reviewing your selection.
• If a cricket match, PSL fixture or any other sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for bets to stand, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a data delay will be voided. Gamdom uses live data feeds but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy under all network conditions.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will result in bets being voided. Gamdom reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before settlement.

For casino games and live dealer tables, the rules of each individual game govern play. Game rules are accessible within the game interface before any real-money wager is placed. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the software provider and are disclosed within the game information panel.

Bingo room rules including ticket prices, prize structures and game schedules are displayed within the bingo section. Prizes are credited to your balance automatically upon conclusion of each game round.

Gamdom does not manipulate game outcomes. Casino games use certified random number generators. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time. Sports odds reflect market conditions and are updated by the platform's odds management system.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Gamdom may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. When you claim a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

Key points that apply to all Gamdom promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and contributing game types will be specified for each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts restricted.
• Gamdom reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gamdom. Violation of any of these rules may result in bet voidance, balance forfeiture, account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players or any attempt to manipulate sporting or game outcomes.
• Registering with false personal information including a false name, date of birth or payment details.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or evading account restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or using Gamdom as a channel to process illegitimate funds. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.

Gamdom employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Gamdom's decisions regarding account status and balance treatment are final.

8Responsible Gaming

Gamdom takes responsible gaming seriously. Online betting and casino games are entertainment activities. They should be enjoyed within a budget you have set in advance, for time periods you have decided on before starting, and never as a way to recover money you have already lost.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Gamdom account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that alerts you after a chosen period of continuous play. The reminder appears on screen and gives you the option to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods are enforced automatically — you will not be able to log in or deposit during an active exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries showing your session duration and net gaming result, so you remain aware of how long you have been playing and what the session has cost.

All responsible gaming tools are accessed from the account settings menu. If you are concerned about your gaming habits or those of someone you know, please use the self-exclusion feature and take a break. Gaming should never cause financial hardship or affect your daily responsibilities.

Gamdom does not extend credit, and no account can go into a negative balance. You can only bet and play with funds that are already in your account balance.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Gamdom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reason to believe that the Terms have been breached, where verification requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Gamdom will also close an account on request from the account holder. To request voluntary closure, contact support through the platform. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms breach, the outcome for any balance held within the account will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of fraud, multi-accounting or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation. In other cases, funds legitimately deposited and not derived from bonus abuse will generally be returned after review.

10Privacy and Data

Gamdom collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering with Gamdom, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to your data or ask for corrections at any time by contacting support.

Gamdom does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform securely.

11Platform Availability

Gamdom aims to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, maintenance windows, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. Gamdom will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Gamdom does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform and will not compensate players for losses caused by platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities during a live match or casino session that was interrupted.

If a technical fault causes an in-progress casino game or bingo round to be interrupted, the round will be completed or voided according to the available game state data. Wagers on interrupted games that cannot be resolved will be returned to player balances.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamdom's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. Gamdom is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, opportunity costs or financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, network outages or data errors outside of Gamdom's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Gamdom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Changes to These Terms

Gamdom may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, Gamdom will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of Gamdom after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed event is the version that governs that dispute.
